Alma Mater:
TCU
Year I joined the Office of Admission:
2008
Areas I recruit: Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Montana, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming
I also work on: Monday at TCU and Alumni Student Recruitment Council.
I think TCU is a great university because: TCU really became my home away from home! Having come from so far away, I really felt at home because everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I was able to get involved in different organizations on campus and take advantage of several different areas of study. I met so many great lifelong friends and even met my husband here. I enjoyed my time here so much that not only did I choose to stay; my younger brother is now a horned frog!
Hobbies and interests:
Colorado, reading, shopping, traveling, watching reality TV and enjoying the warm weather!
Favorite class in college:
Media Ethics taught by Phil Record. My advice to you:
Find a university where you will be able to grow into the person you want to be in the future. Consider the academic opportunities, campus culture and the other students who will become your lifelong friends. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out of your comfort zone because that is the only way to broaden your horizons. College is an investment in your future, so make a careful decision and then once you are on campus make the most of every opportunity that you have. |
