I think TCU is a great university because: TCU has the feel of a major, private university (outstanding professors, tons of classes, big-time athletics), yet the focus is overwhelmingly on the undergraduates. I also think the relationship between TCU and Fort Worth is unique for a university in a large metropolitan area. Fort Worth is really like a big college town - everyone loves TCU and the city has as much pride in the university as the students themselves. It makes for tremendous opportunities.
Hobbies and interests: Travel, theatre, dessert, and visiting college campuses.
If you visited me in my office, you'd see: Lots of papers and my two favorite quotations: "Stand up for what's right, even if you're standing alone," and "Sometimes I go up; sometimes I go down; but, always I go forward." |
