Get this: You'll spend about 15 hours a week
during college in class. What happens during
the other 153 hours is up to you - and TCU can
help you make the most of it.
Our more than 200 student organizations give
you more to do than you'll have time for. Lead
in student government, worship your own way,
work for the school paper, play on an intramural
team, cheer with the HyperFrogs or sing in the
choir. Or do all of the above.
And when you're worn out from all that, crash in one
of TCU's 19 unique residence halls, all within
walking distance of classes and everything else
happening on campus. Then, fuel up for your day
at TCU's eight terrific on-campus eateries. You'll
find hours that fit your schedule and fare that
ranges from vegetarian to Texas barbecue.
Did we mention TCU traditions? These time-worn
customs often become a part of daily life for
TCU students. Got a test? Rub the nose of the
Horned Frog statue in the center of campus for
good luck. Late-night hungries call for a run
to a certain pancake house. Swaying while singing
the alma mater is a must. You may have no idea
what Riff Ram Bah Zoo means now, but come to
TCU and you'll discover one of the oldest cheers
in college-dom.
You can rest easy
knowing there's a place for you in all the fun.
And understanding that all these activities mean
more than just good times - they are new opportunities
for you to learn to change the world.
