Finance with Real Estate
Studying finance lets you explore how corporations maximize return on investment, and how to analyze and manage securities, options, futures and portfolios.
  • Take about $1.5 million, invest it in stocks, bonds and money market funds, and watch your experience grow alongside the real, entirely student-managed Education Investment Fund. (It's been around since 1973 and was the first student-run fund in the nation.)
  • Polish and prove your finance skills in an internship with one of the local corporations that covets TCU finance students.
  • Learn long-term investing and sound portfolio management principles from faculty with years of investment experience.
  • If your interests include mortgage lending, real estate development, asset management, appraisal or real estate management, check out this major.
