Entrepreneurial Management
As a management student, you’ll learn how to lead and manage people, and how to organize and build effective organizations – whether they’re small startups, family firms, or large corporations. You will study leadership, entrepreneurship, motivation, communication and conflict resolution, negotiation, strategic planning and implementation, international business, and other critical management skills and knowledge.
  • You, Incorporated can happen after TCU’s pioneering entrepreneurial management program prepares you to start your own company. You’ll walk the path of idea generation, to business plan development, to small-business management, to taking your company to the next level of growth.
  • To round out your preparation, you will choose from traditional management courses in leadership, negotiation, strategic human resource management and international management.
  • Get the global perspective on management through various study abroad programs offered by the Neeley School in the UK, Chile, Europe, and other locations.
  • Build strong leadership competencies through competitive admission to the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program.
  • Build bonds with business leaders through seminars, speeches, and activities sponsored by the James A. Ryffel Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program, and the Management Department.
