Physics
As a physics student, you will explore the fundamental principles governing our universe. Basic courses in physics, mathematics and chemistry set your foundation for understanding and application of theoretical and experimental aspects of classical and modern physics.
  • Jump into research as an undergraduate, by working with faculty and graduate students on topics like atomic optics, position annihilation spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy of molecular clusters, Raman imaging and theoretical studies of many-body systems.
  • Grab summer internships with area companies like Lockheed Martin, RadioShack, Alcon and Motorola, or participate in research experiences at TCU or universities across the country.
  • Learn computer modeling and mathematical analysis in the classroom and the lab.
