As a geology student, you’ll learn about the history of the earth by studying how rocks are formed, how the continents are created and how forces are at work to change our dynamic, evolving planet.
  • Dig into earth’s history in the unique TCU-in-Scotland summer program, where you’ll study how geology began by investigating the landscapes that influenced early geologic thinkers.
  • Get access to more than 40 computers in the department for use in labs and research.
  • Take advantage of special programs like the Center for Remote Sensing, that utilizes satellite data for earth mapping, and the Monnig Meteorite Collection, one of the finest meteorite collections in the country.
